As we expand into Brazil, we are building a strong local team to support Brazilian importers and exporters with efficient, compliant, and cost-effective cross-border payment solutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for high-performing Sales / Business Development professionals to join our Brazil team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing SME clients engaged in international trade, especially importers and exporters.
The ideal candidate has strong industry experience in logistics, customs clearance, trading companies, or fintech, with an existing client network and deep understanding of cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new SME clients engaged in import/export activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their payment and FX needs
Promote XTransfer’s cross-border payment and financial solutions
Drive transaction volume growth and achieve individual sales targets
Conduct offline visits, networking, and industry outreach (e.g., trade hubs, exhibitions, logistics clusters)
Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Continuously collect market feedback and contribute to product localization and strategy
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are highly preferred:
Freight forwarding / logistics companies
Customs brokers / import-export agents
Trading companies (especially China-Brazil trade)
Fintech / cross-border payment companies such as Remessa Online or EBANX
Foreign exchange or international banking services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Strong understanding of Brazil’s import/export ecosystem and payment flows
Existing client network in trade, logistics, or SME sectors is a strong plus
Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with target-based performance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Portuguese, English, Chinese is a plus
