Enterprise Service Management Expert
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise service management strategy.

* Design and configure ServiceNow APM to manage application and technology portfolios with precision and efficiency.
* Ensure seamless alignment between APM and CSDM standards, facilitating accurate service mapping and application service configuration.
* Leverage SAM and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps.
* Prioritize technical debt and contribute to roadmap planning for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years of overall IT experience, including extensive enterprise-level exposure.
* 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM, with a focus on advanced configuration and optimization.
* Proven expertise in ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules, with a track record of successful implementations.
* Advanced knowledge of Application Services and Service Maps, with the ability to design and build complex configurations.
* Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release/upgrade, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
* Fluent English communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
