We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the continued development of business from onboarding to the lifetime of the account.
As a key point of contact, you will be tasked with nurturing long-term, valuable relationships with clients and facilitating their adaptation to our platform.
Your primary objective in this role will be assisting in revenue-generating opportunities while providing exceptional support to ensure client confidence in our services.

Responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients daily through platform navigation, feature introduction, issue resolution, and concern addressing
* Fostering continued business growth by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicating effectively with clients through chats or video calls to address issues and follow up until resolution is met
* Working independently to achieve account satisfaction, collaborating with team members across departments when necessary
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
