You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. The candidate will have experience with Directors and C‑level contacts. You must have the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium, and enterprise organizations. You must implement a sales approach that is adaptable to the client prerequisites as well as supporting business opportunities at hand. You must have the ability to work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives. A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated as a means of tracking growth, performance and overall territory strategy.
The candidate will serve as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, our partners and customers. A full understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients
Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Complete customer requirements analysis
Identify pain points for all prospects and accounts
Communicate with technology partners
Obtain and exceed assigned quota
Prepare and update business plan
Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting
Manage your territory
Follow described fulfillment processes
Ensure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders
Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations online/on premise
Oversee proper implementation and "hand‑off" of client from sales to services
Ensure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledge
Effectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFQ/P/I)
Attend and successfully complete training requirements

Required Qualifications
Valid Passport
Native and fluent English-speaking languages
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Minimum of five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight of our solutions and services
Minimum of five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new sales
Minimum of five years of experience senior leadership and C‑Level relationship building
Understanding of sales skills and techniques
Complex solution selling
Ability to achieve high sales volumes
Minimum of four recent Sales/Technical Certifications
Business Development / Pre‑Sales (Sales and Technical) ability to perform without direct supervision
Provide professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
