Job Description Summary:

At The Coca-Cola Company, we are proud to be one of the world's most recognized and respected brands, with a legacy spanning over 139 years and a portfolio of more than 200 brands enjoyed by millions globally. Our mission is simple yet powerful: refresh the world and make a difference.

We are seeking a Director, Public Affairs to lead our engagement strategy with Brazil's Executive Power. This role is pivotal in positioning Coca-Cola as a constructive, trusted ally in the development of Brazil by building strong, credible relationships across Ministries and Secretaries of the Federal Government and shaping policy discussions that impact our business and society. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Brazil's executive environment, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to influence complex policy debates through partnership and credibility.

If you are passionate about public policy, influence, and building relationships that drive long-term value, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do for Us

* Lead and shape Coca-Cola's engagement strategy with Brazil's Executive Branch, aligned with PACS, LATAM, and global priorities.
* Build and sustain high-impact relationships with Ministers, Executive-Secretaries, Secretaries and other Executive advisors, and technical consultants across the Executive Branch.
* Position the Company as a credible partner and ally for Brazil's social, economic, and sustainable development through constructive policy engagement.
* Analyze Executive agendas and proposals, identifying opportunities, risks, and pathways for proactive engagement and influence.
* Represent Coca-Cola in discussions, hearings, and working groups, ensuring consistent, transparent, and values-driven positioning.
* Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sustainability, Finance, Communications, and business leadership to align policy positions with enterprise priorities.
* Advise senior leadership on legislative dynamics, emerging trends, and potential impacts on business continuity and growth in Brazil.
* Own and execute the PACS (ABP) for the function or geography, including budget planning and disciplined OPEX/programs budget execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities, bottler initiatives, and system-wide objectives; provide senior leadership support during issues, risks, and crisis (IMCR) situations as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related field preferred.
* Significant experience working with or within Brazil's Legislative or Executive Branch, government relations, or public affairs in highly regulated environments.
* Deep understanding of Brazil's congressional structure, legislative processes, and decision-making dynamics.
* Proven track record of building and managing senior-level relationships with high-level members of executive power, legislators and their teams.
* Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate executive and legislative developments into business-relevant insights.
* High credibility, sound judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes through dialogue and partnership rather than authority.
* Excellent communication and representation skills in complex and politically sensitive environments.
* Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency required for regional and global collaboration.

What We'll Do for You

* Global Exposure: Be part of a globally connected PACS organization, engaging with regional and global leaders on public policy and legislative strategy.
* Iconic Brands: Represent one of the world's most respected companies, contributing to policies that shape markets and communities.
* Learning & Development: Access world-class leadership programs, continuous learning platforms, and opportunities for career growth across geographies.
* Purpose-Driven Work: Play a meaningful role in advancing constructive dialogue and public policies that support sustainable development in Brazil.
