About the Company
Sagan represents a U.S.-based short-term rental company that specializes in optimizing vacation rental operations. The company values accuracy, analytical thinking, and proactive communication in managing a growing rental portfolio.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Rental Revenue Manager to lead pricing and demand optimization for a portfolio of short-term rentals. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with revenue management experience in hospitality or vacation rentals. You will be responsible for setting dynamic pricing strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring competitive positioning across booking platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor competitor benchmarks, seasonal demand, and market trends to adjust pricing.
Manage performance across Airbnb, VRBO, and other OTA channels.
Optimize KPIs including ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Rental), and occupancy.
Generate regular reports on portfolio performance and recommend strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align revenue strategy with overall business goals.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in revenue management, ideally in vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management.
Experience with revenue management tools (Pricelabs preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves

Background in short-term rental portfolio management.
Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com).
Knowledge of both pricing strategy and distribution management.
