Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue for the engineering services domain
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research and analyse trends to stay current on industry developments
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
MBA in sales and Marketing required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or related field preferred
Proven experience in business development, sales or marketing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Familiarity with engineering terminologies
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
