The Digital Customer Service area plays a strategic role at Nomos. We are responsible for managing customer service flows, creating and categorizing profiles of new clients, which is a crucial step to facilitate the journey and increase account activation rates.

Your mission:
* Guide clients on account opening, transfers, redemptions, investments, and other operational procedures;
* Record and monitor requests in internal systems, ensuring timely responses;
* Work together with advisors and other departments to provide a complete customer experience.

* High school diploma or ongoing college education — all are welcome!
* Ability to work with targets and seek results continuously;
* Collaborative profile and enjoyment in teamwork;
* Clear communication, good writing skills, and ease in customer service;
* Organization, attention to detail, and discipline to follow routines in high-demand environments;
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and desire to make a difference.
Differentials:
* Previous experience in the financial market;
* Certifications such as CPA-10, CPA-20, or Ancord;
* Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
