Position : Junior Ad Operation Specialist - CTV / Streaming Campaign

Role Overview
This is not a traditional digital marketing position. We’re looking for an Junior Ad Operations Specialist for CTV / Streaming campaigns only. In this role, you will work directly under the instruction of the business owner to assist with ad trafficking, creative trafficking, and campaign building across multiple platforms. While you will not be expected to independently manage campaigns right away, you should be able to learn quickly, follow instructions closely, and demonstrate strong execution skills.
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) with flexibility during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
* Assist with ad trafficking and creative trafficking across major platforms, including CM360, DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk.
* Build and set up ad campaigns based on specific instructions, including targeting, bidding, and scheduling.
* Upload and QA creative assets to ensure proper formatting, tag firing, and compliance with platform specifications.
* Monitor campaign setup to ensure alignment with tracking and reporting requirements.
* Support tagging implementation using tools like CM360 or TTD pixels for accurate conversion tracking.
* Communicate progress and flag any issues promptly to the business owner.
* Stay organized with documentation of campaign builds, timelines, and updates.
Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience working with at least one of the following platforms : CM360, DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or The Trade Desk.
* Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, especially campaign trafficking and asset setup.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions accurately, and complete tasks on deadline.
* Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take direction and feedback.
* Comfortable with spreadsheets and documentation tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Amazon Ads is a plus, but not required.
* Prior experience in a remote, fast-paced ad agency environment is a bonus.
* Familiarity with CTV ad formats and video ad compliance standards is helpful.
Start Date : Early July. (Early July 2025)
Schedule : Must be available for a minimum of 2 hours from 10am-3pm PST
