DescriptionPosition Overview:Area Marketing Managers support the Director of Marketing in executing marketing initiatives across a portfolio of hotels. This role translates strategy into execution, managing day-to-day marketing activities across digital, social, PR, and local channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Execute the annual marketing calendar across multiple hotels, ensuring timely rollout of offer campaigns, promotions, and creative assetsSupport the Director of Marketing with the implementation of brand campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal initiatives at each propertyOwn hotel digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email communications, and online listingsCreate, publish, and maintain digital content that reflects each property's brand voice and guest experienceMeet with local commercial teams (Sales and Revenue Management) to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals and build tactical plans to address performance issuesSupport sales teams with collateral needs and group promotionsCollaborate with General Managers and property teams to develop promotions for events and local activationsTrack and communicate project updates to internal stakeholders using collaboration and project management toolsJoin agency calls and ensure timely delivery of assets and information to agency partnersCoordinate logistics for photoshoots, influencer stays, media visits, and partnerships, including reservations and on-property supportEnsure all creative assets, messaging, and hotel communications align with brand standards and corporate guidelinesMonitor marketing and digital channel performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the Director of MarketingAssist with invoices and budget trackingSupport projects as assigned, including implementing new systems, hotel relaunches, and special initiativesQualifications:3-5 years of hospitality marketing experienceProven experience managing digital channels and content creationStrong organizational and project management skills; adept at using collaboration tools (e.G., Asana, Teams); ability to prioritize competing tasks based on business impactExcellent communication and judgementFamiliarity with agency workflows, media coordination, and hospitality brand standardsEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
