We provide secure access with appropriate permissions to partner consoles for our internal customers to conduct their work, and we optimize and implement mature processes and tools for high-quality, timely product releases. The Associate Program Manager will be involved in these activities, gathering requirements from our App Store Partners to ensure compliance, leading app store account security and governance efforts, and driving program adoption with global partners. The role requires collaboration across disciplines in a diverse, global team, with strong program planning and execution skills, effective communication, organization, and a proactive approach.What you will doGather requirements from App Store Partners to ensure compliance and implement these via partnerships with Product Managers.Govern partner console account access and manage app store accounts.Execute scalable processes for secure partner console access with appropriate permissions.Define and communicate expectations to partners, driving adoption of access request processes.Foster effective collaboration and systems to help teams execute their duties.Improve program mechanisms and processes for continuous improvement.Manage app store compliance requirements and audits, providing documentation regularly, and improving efficiencies.What you will need to have0-2 years of experience as a program or project manager.Experience contributing to high-profile, multi-faceted programs.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Willingness to collaborate to achieve team goals.Curiosity and eagerness to learn.How We Get Things DoneOur guiding principles are central to our operations.
