About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Change Management Lead to spearhead organizational transformations. In this pivotal role, you will devise and execute training, onboarding, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
* Develop a deep understanding of change management principles, particularly Prosci and ADKAR models, to drive successful initiatives.
* Promote effective stakeholder engagement strategies and resistance management practices for seamless transitions.
* Craft compelling messages, target key groups, and assess communication impact as part of enterprise communication planning.
* Design and implement comprehensive training and onboarding programs that align with business objectives to enhance adoption.
* Oversight of program lifecycle management incorporating agile or hybrid delivery models to optimize execution.
* Foster cultural transformation efforts within enterprises leveraging telecom sector knowledge or large-scale experience.
