Marketing Coordinators play a pivotal role in the execution of client work. They manage internal communication and task coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and possess excellent time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential for success in this role.
Main objectives include:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet client requirements.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently.
* Task trackers and teamwork spaces must be accurate and updated daily.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator will provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
A strong background in marketing is a must, and attention to detail is crucial. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and is measured by key performance indicators such as:
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
We operate Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MST.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using project management tools and shared docs to track and communicate work.
