For 135+ years The Coca-Cola Company has grown to become the most recognizable brand in the world. In 2020 we launched the Flavored Alcohol Beverage brand Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in Latin America within the growing ARTD category. Due to its growth the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the ARTD Pre-Mixed Cocktail brand strategies, plans, and execution for the FAB category,

partnering cross functionally across the region, and with Coca-Cola bottling partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to act as an intrapreneur to help build a “start-up” in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.

Flexible location: Brazil (SP/Rio), Colombia, Mexico

**What You’ll Do For Us**
- Manage Alcohol Category brand(s), focusing on key strategies and innovative plans and initiatives
- Identify key business priorities in order to develop and guide the overall alcohol brand strategy (proposition, target consumer, product)
- Develop the mid-term growth plan (2-3 years) and annual brand plans (ABPs) focused on addressing market needs
- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. Commercial, IMX) on work assignments; provide direction and manage timeline milestones
- Secure required budget to execute brand plans
- Assess attractive consumer opportunities by leveraging consumer research in order to identify new profit growth areas (e.g., sub-categories, packaging)
- Develop perfect serve and drinking strategy guideline
- Deliver Growth Strategy, Annual Brand Plan (ABP’s)
- Identify new profit growth areas

**Qualifications and Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required (Master’s or MBA degree is highly preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility and scope in Brand Management
- Must be fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is also highly preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to translating marketing objectives into strategies and plans. Proven success in developing a comprehensive marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points, including at point-of-purchase.
- Knowledge of information used to define brand strategic corridors and develop appropriate business solutions and the ability to lead the development, communication and stewardship of global brand positioning, architectures and policies/guidelines are needed
- Knowledge of and the ability to use basic financial analysis (e.g., Return on Investment, Value Chain Analysis) related to marketing effectiveness, resource allocations and new business opportunities is needed
- Successfully launched several new products from concept stage through commercialization and in-market success. Has successfully managed a product portfolio.
- Persuasive communication skills and ability to develop materials for corporate strategy and business review meetings.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a marketing team
