A successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts, working closely with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
The primary objective of this role is to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination. This includes developing briefs, setting up tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to create effective marketing campaigns.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with established turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator will also provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
Able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward, the ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and requires the ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
