We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Developer to lead our efforts in identifying and acquiring software companies that align with our business strategy.
 * This role involves building strong strategic relationships with key industry players, including CEOs, M&A advisors, corporate development teams, private equity firms, and venture capital investors.
 * The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a robust M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM, creating market maps, and establishing meaningful relationships within assigned software industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expansion through strategic acquisitions.
 * Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and other measurable sourcing KPIs.
Requirements:
 * At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales position at a software company or client-facing M&A/finance role.
 * Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to engage with senior-level stakeholders, including CEOs, M&A advisors, and private equity professionals.
