 
        
        We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team.
This role is based in Latin America and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
The successful candidate will possess proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles, with a strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Building strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leveraging a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
 * Evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
 * Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
 * Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
 * Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS and tracking recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
