As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex systems for enterprise clients.This role suits a proactive engineer who enjoys direct client engagement and thrives in a dynamic environment where innovation is paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions for critical environments.Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.Skills & Experience3–4 years of experience in system engineering in enterprise or managed service environments.3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.This fully remote position pays up to USD20 per hour.
