Account Manager

About the role:
* Enable successful communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
About you:
* You should have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
* Able to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
