The current markets are growing (some by 100 %+) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. Your DNA needs to be analytical and structured, while also having the creativity to craft great copy, discover new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B.Key responsibilities:Plan and run newsletter and email campaigns, craft compelling copy, and optimise flows and automations using data.Own digital advertising efforts, including Meta and Google campaigns, explore new platforms, and focus on what moves the needle.Research and identify new technology, trends, and ways to test initiatives locally and scale them across destinations.Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.Collaborate closely with the founder and global team, work remotely, and maintain deep‑work focus with minimal internal meetings.We work closely with prestigious clients such as US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture, and world‑class runners.
