Business/Function Analyst
The Business/Function Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions, translating business requirements into functional specifications and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with the company's objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct an in-depth analysis of business requirements, developing detailed functional specifications for the development team. Create wireframes and mockups to visualize proposed solutions.
* Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership: BUILD and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
* Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects. Assist in managing project budgets and ensure the use of resources in a cost-effective manner.
* Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials. Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents. Participate in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
