We are looking for a Quality Application Support Engineer, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
* Provide administrative and operational support for Enterprise and Lab/Benchtop computerized systems in QC labs.
* Serve as the first point of contact for user incident tickets and ensure effective communication with business stakeholders.
* Lead or participate in incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of resolutions.
* Manage system access provisioning and de‑provisioning.
* Author and execute Periodic Reviews and review those completed by other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
* Collaborate with IT, QA, and Validation teams to support system validation, upgrades, and break/fix activities.
* Support the evaluation and implementation of product enhancements based on system usage data and ticket trends.
* Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory expectations across all activities.
* Work in shifts aligned with the US EST timeframe (8am–5pm).
Mandatory Skills
* Experience with lab instruments such as TOC, Bioanalyzers, and Spectramax/SoftMax.
* Experience with enterprise systems including Chromeleon, SDMS, MODA, LabVantage LIMS, LabX, Veeva, and KNEAT.
* Experience with ServiceNow, electronic validation platforms, and laboratory data connectivity.
* System administration experience in a multi‑system environment.
* Experience with QMS processes for change management, deviations, and CAPAs.
* Experience working with laboratory instrumentation connectivity and data.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
* Demonstrated adaptability and collaboration in matrixed, fast‑paced organizations.
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, or machine learning platforms.
* Desire to make an impact as part of a high‑growth, transformational company that is bold, relentless, curious, and collaborative.
* Experience with LabVantage LIMS, ServiceNow, QMS, and KNEAT.
