Your Key Responsibilities
* Understand partnership requirements and map the education needed to fill knowledge gaps
* Align with alliance strategy and map education required to support it
* Manage certifications (actuals x targets, renewals)
* Oversee education assets (learning licenses, certification vouchers, learning credits) to boost usage and reduce waste (expirations, failure, etc.)
* Explore available education channels (training providers, Udemy, partner) and work with them to build a robust learning strategy
* Develop education programs/roadmaps focused on what's essential for success
* Plan sales and technical education
* Communicate programs, rules, news, FAQs
* Monitor the team's progress and customer satisfaction with programs
* Act as a liaison with the global Alliance team
* Keep Executives and stakeholders informed about enablement activities and certification status
Required Skills and Expertise
* Project Management skills, including negotiation, communication, active listening, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
* Project Management experience, Agile mindset, tools, and ceremonies
