Growth Marketer – Part‑Time, Global Running Company
Join Go! – a remote, fast‑moving company that connects runners, brands, and destinations worldwide. As a Growth Marketer you will own all B2C and B2B marketing activities, from data‑driven email flows to paid media and partnership campaigns.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize email and newsletter programs. Build smart automations and analyze data to continuously improve open, click, and revenue metrics.
Own paid media efforts on Meta and Google. Test new platforms, create compelling ad copy, and use attribution to drive the most cost‑efficient traffic.
Research and scale growth initiatives from one city to the rest of our destinations, testing new tech, channels, and trends.
Craft case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that help us reach new runners, new companies, and new destinations.
Work directly with the founder to fill gaps, pitch ideas, and back‑fill responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Analytical, structured mindset with a creative eye for copy and opportunity spotting.
Experience building or optimizing email flows and paid media campaigns.
Strong collaboration skills, a fast‑mover attitude, and a passion for execution.
Proficiency with data and automation tools; comfort with Google Analytics, email platforms, and ad stacks.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
