About the Role
Yisrael Technology is hiring a Tech Lead Developer with expertise in Go (Golang) to guide the design and development of backend systems for a U.S.-based SaaS platform. You’ll be working alongside a senior team of engineers to build scalable microservices and drive architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of backend engineers working with Go and cloud-native infrastructure
* Design, architect, and implement high-concurrency services and APIs
* Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver robust, full-stack solutions
* Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, CI / CD pipelines, and documentation
* Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior developers
* Act as technical liaison with product stakeholders and business teams
Requirements
* 7+ years of backend development experience
* 3+ years leading engineering teams or acting as Tech Lead
* Expertise in Golang and building distributed systems
* Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice architectures
* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven systems
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* English fluency (C1 / C2 level)
