We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Community Manager to oversee social engagement across our family of brands on weekends and holidays.
Key Details:
* Duration: Through December, with potential for extension
* Schedule: Approximately 3 hours per day on Saturdays and Sundays, including specific weekdays
You will be responsible for:
* Publishing engaging content on various platforms
* Monitoring comments, tags, and direct messages across social media platforms
* Searching for and responding to brand mentions, keywords, and related conversations
* Responding to timely or high-priority moments
* Flagging priority issues, trend spikes, or approvals as needed
* Communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For:
* Creative confidence in real-time posting and response, with ability to craft compelling stories and reposts
* Excellent written English and social media copywriting skills
* Ability to communicate in multiple brand voices, from teen-girl trends to parental tone
* Discretion and professionalism, especially when representing our corporate handle
* Experience in entertainment or toys, with ability to adapt quickly to brand tone
* Confidence in communicating with leadership and obtaining approvals from senior stakeholders
* Ability to collaborate quickly on real-time opportunities and align with clients
