Escalation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Eskalations Manager to join our team. As an Eskalations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving critical customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask, and have strong communication and leadership abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive issues to closure and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve critical customer issues in a timely manner
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives
* Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles
* Past experience as Escalations Engineer/Manager, Technical Account Management, Engineering Management, Customer Support Management, or similar roles desired
* Fully fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish both written and verbal
