Job Opportunity: Data Engineering Professional
Avenue Code is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS, ensuring performance, quality, and security.
You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate data from multiple sources and support AI/ML initiatives. Your expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines with AWS Glue, working with AWS S3, Glue, and SageMaker for data and AI workflows, developing solutions in Python and SQL, integrating data from Salesforce and APIs, and ensuring data governance, documentation, and best practices will be crucial in this role.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable data pipelines on AWS, focusing on performance, quality, and security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and support AI/ML initiatives.
* Build and optimize ETL pipelines using AWS Glue.
* Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
* Develop solutions in Python and SQL to meet business needs.
* Integrate data from various sources, including Salesforce and APIs.
* Maintain data governance, documentation, and best practices throughout the data pipeline.
Requirements
* Proven experience in data engineering with AWS.
