Role Overview
The IT Business Analyst plays a key role in the Customer Technology Teams within the Agile Software Delivery Process.
Key Responsibilities
* Clarify requirements and support global development teams
* Document, check, coordinate, and manage requirements
* Refine User Stories and Features
* Define integration points with other systems and communicate potential system changes
* Support Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts in generating ideas
* Execute pre- and post-deployment activities in Lower and Production environments
* Process dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process
* Cross-team collaboration to resolve support requirements for integrated systems
* Active participation in agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Requirements
* Complete Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent education
* Fluent English is mandatory
* Strong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, ETL)
* Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage
* Experience in requirements engineering, testing, and production support
* Strong analytical, holistic, and conceptual thinking; good communication skills
