Business/Function Analyst Role
The IT Business/Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. This includes analyzing and interpreting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the company's objectives.
* Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.
* Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
Essential Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Languages: Advanced English and/or French.
