Our team is seeking a Delivery Expert to manage delivery for key customers across various technological tracks, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Work closely with technology teams and customer stakeholders to ensure quality control procedures and high standards in delivery.
* Act as a delivery point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
* Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
We are looking for someone who can drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
