Key Account Manager Position
About the Role
The main objective of this position is to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Establish strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand.
* Provide advice on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Identify business opportunities for new products, offers, or services, in coordination with department heads and the Business Acceleration team.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer-oriented approach.
* Negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English language proficiency.
