Job Title: Senior Video Editor + Social Media Strategist/Manager

Pay: $1,600 to $2,500/month USD (Based on Experience)
Must speak and write English fluently with impeccable etiquette and communication skills.

We’re looking for a senior-level creative who can take raw long-form content from our CEO Jason Mandal and turn it into stunning, cinematic YouTube videos, sharp LinkedIn clips, high-converting carousels, and platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram.
This is a deeply creative, fast-moving, detail-obsessed role. You must understand both video editing at a high level and social media strategy. Not only what looks good — but what performs.

This role sits at the intersection of these two worlds: finance and creative. That means your work must be as visually stunning as it is intellectually sharp.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating short-form clips tailored to Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Designing branded carousels and static content for professional platforms
Helping shape content calendars and distribution strategies
Collaborating with Jason and the broader team to develop a strong, unique brand voice
Maintaining visual consistency and performance standards across all channels
Leveraging AI tools (where appropriate) for content repurposing and scripting
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in video editing and social media content creation
Advanced skill in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Experience using Frame.io, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools
Strong portfolio of YouTube videos, reels/shorts, and carousel work
An eye for both aesthetics and strategy — you know what works and why
Organized, self-driven, and obsessed with quality
Fluent in English — strong communication is essential
Schedule and Office Info:
* This is an in-person role at our Boca Raton office
* Monday through Friday
* 9 AM to 6 PM EST
* Full-time position with long-term potential
Compensation & Growth:
* Pay: $1,600 to $2,500 USD/month depending on experience
