Lead Delivery Expert
We are seeking an experienced and skilled delivery expert to own the execution of complex initiatives across our agile engineering environment.
This role will be at the center of business, product, and engineering – translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
