Social Media and Community Manager

We're looking for a skilled Community builder and Social Media manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving social selling.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments, as well as a strong network in the HR/Recruiting Industry. They will also possess fluency in English, a proactive and solution-oriented mentality, and excellent analytical skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Creating strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our client base
* Becoming an active member of the Tech and Startup Community globally, representing our brand and establishing a strong network
* Tracking customer satisfaction and ensuring customer success
* Generating leads and acquiring employers searching for tech talent
