Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google primarily. They should be able to run profitable creative testing campaigns, identify trends, and communicate results to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ad accounts for US-based ecommerce brands
* Run ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns
* Create performance marketing reports for managed accounts
* Strategize on ways to improve overall marketing strategy for brands
* Maintain awareness of current industry standards and market trends
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or 3-4 years of experience, or alternative education experience
* Prior experience working for an ecommerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
* Proficiency in Facebook & Google Ads management for ecommerce brands
* Ability to scale ad budgets
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills
* Autonomous worker with a hunger to provide great results for clients
* Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
