Strategic Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the travel industry and proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
The successful Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for:
1. In charge of existing clients within assigned territories, developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
2. Acquiring new key accounts within assigned territories through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
3. Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
4. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
5. Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
6. Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
