You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value to customers by conducting daily outreach, product awareness sessions, and driving engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with faculty members through regular calls, emails, and demos to set up JoVE integrations in courses.
* Identify key channels to promote user adoption through product knowledge sharing.
* Present at exhibits, conferences, seminars, workshops, and onsite visits to increase usage.
* Ensure seamless subscription renewal outcomes by providing implementation support.
* Influence product decisions by communicating customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in relevant Life Sciences disciplines is essential.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
* Knowledge of education trends and challenges in Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology is required.
* Strong passion for building remote relationships with a focus on relationship-building is necessary.
* Experience in cold calling is an added advantage.
