 
        
        As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze business requirements to inform project direction and ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline
 * Foster collaboration between stakeholders to promote clarity and facilitate effective communication
 * Mentor junior analysts to enhance their analytical skills and develop their potential
 * Navigate complex project landscapes to deliver solutions that meet client needs
 * Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate information management
 * Understand the importance of data security and protection, and apply correct information security management practices
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
 * At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in business process mapping and reengineering
 * Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes and workflows, and experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews to elicit and develop business requirements
 * Proficiency in data and process modeling using tools such as Visio, Miro, ERD tools, or Balsamiq
 * Knowledge of waterfall and/or agile project management frameworks using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
Preferred Qualifications:
 * Experience with RPA/Power Apps/Power Automate
 * Familiarity with agile practices
 * Development of clear and thorough process maps
 * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
