What you will do
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:
1. Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders, and key business partners to support and influence hiring decisions aligned with business priorities;
2. Translate business requirements into clear and effective recruitment strategies, combining global guidelines with local market knowledge;
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer and onboarding readiness, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery;
4. Design and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment activities to identify the right talent;
5. Deliver a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey;
6. Ensure accurate management of recruitment systems and administrative processes, supporting smooth transitions to onboarding;
7. Collaborate within the global Talent Acquisition community, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
We believe you have
8. +5 years of Solid experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment exposure;
9. Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
10. Ability to work closely with the business and contribute thoughtfully to hiring decisions;
11. Experience inglobal or multicultural environments is a strong plus;
12. Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques;
13. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability;
14. Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment;
15. Experience with ATS and recruitment tools;
16. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
