This role involves managing day-to-day SAP AMS operations, including incident, problem, change, and service request management, as well as ensuring compliance with SLAs and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
 * Manage day-to-day SAP AMS operations
 * Ensure compliance with SLAs and high-quality service delivery
 * Coordinate with SAP Basis, Functional, and Technical teams
 * Drive root cause analysis and preventive measures
 * Act as primary contact for clients regarding SAP AMS delivery
Required skills and qualifications include:
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
 * 7+ years of experience in SAP project/AMS management
 * Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points
 * Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
 * Proven track record in managing global/onshore-offshore delivery models
Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL, or SAP certifications.
