Senior Talent Advisor
This is a senior-level role within Talent Acquisition, requiring strategic liaison skills between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for delivering high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
