The Opportunity
Our company is seeking an experienced Product Designer who can lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions;
* Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design;
* Develop and mentor junior designers within the team.

Requirements
* Expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* Deep understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills;
* Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
