Job Overview
A Graphic Designer is sought after to enhance the visual identity of our organisation through creative graphics and motion design. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of design principles, excellent storytelling skills, and proficiency in modern tools and AI.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital platforms, presentations, and branded systems.
* Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, and video edits for short-form content.
* Apply consistent branding while infusing creativity and innovation.
* Leverage AI and modern creative tools to streamline workflows, ideation, and content exploration.
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain organised files and adhere to a high standard of craftsmanship across motion and static work.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role.
* Demonstrated portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway and Midjourney).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to feedback.
* Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
