Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist

* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
* Ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using CRM tools.
* Manage Learner Support Level 2.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* International work environment exposure.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented mindset.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Effective communication and prioritization abilities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
* Cornerstone or other LMS knowledge is an added advantage.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
