General job description: • Support the development and analysis of performance indicators. • Make productivity analysis of specific operations and process mapping. • Provide support to managers in analyzing reports, identifying non-conformities and preparing action plans. • Perform operational closures. • Analyze data and prepare reports based on operational indicators. • Participate in periodic meetings with customers and the operational team. • Map opportunities and suggest the development of new processes that bring results in the level of accuracy of inventories. • Support processes of internal and external audits. • Experience in receiving, separation and dispatch flow. • May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education: • High School Diploma Minimum Experience: • 3 Years in Clerical Position Minimum Required Skills: • Good interpersonal relationship. • Advanced Excel. • Great verbal and written communication skills, organization, dynamic, creative and proactive. • Ability to work with goals and deadlines. • Knowledge of inventory routines. • Experience in logistics and data analysis. • Accuracy & attention to detail. • Planning & organizing skills. • Microsoft Office & PC skills. • Interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills.
