Job Overview
The role of Service Operations Manager entails ensuring dealer satisfaction in the country, encompassing strategic planning and service capability improvement for dealers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting active and passive service workflows, standards, and team building initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee parts planning, warehousing logistics management, delivery, and product testing in the host country.
