**Essential Job Functions**:
- Receive, review, and process import documentation for an assigned base of accounts;
- Obtain and process Customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate, arranging delivery, and invoicing the import accounts to their SOP;
- Monitor transactions and notify supervisory personnel of any problem or irregularities;
- Provide excellent and timely client service by informing the client of the status of their shipment(s);
- Coordinate the release of goods from the carrier, customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required.

- Knowledgeable of international operations and freight/logistics optimization;
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation skills;
- Ability to develop and document processes and procedures;
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external resources, respond to questions from senior management, and manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude and professionalism;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelors Degree in International Business/Logistic or related field required;
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
