These are not just concepts — they define how we work, build partnerships, and support our teams every day.If you share these values, this is the right place for you to grow your career.DEXIAN Brazil strongly encourages diversity, and all opportunities are open to people with disabilities and rehabilitated professionals.About the ClientThis position will support one of our clients, a global company focused in retail.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates and pairs with other product team members (UX, engineering, and product management) to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutionsWrites custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test casesWrites custom code or scripts to do /"destructive testing/" to ensure adequate resiliency in productionCreates meaningful dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to ensure that issues are captured and addressed proactivelyContributes to enterprise-wide tools to drive destructive testing, automation, or engineering empowermentIdentifies product enhancements (client-facing or technical) to create a better experience for the end usersIdentifies unsecured code areas and implements fixes as they are discovered with or without toolingContributes to foundational code elements that can be reused many times by a productContributes to meaningful architecture diagrams and other documentation needed for security reviews or other interested partiesDefines Service Level Objectives for product(s) to constantly measure their reliability in production and help prioritize backlog workRequired Qualifications5+ years experience with Java 11 or aboveExperience and understanding of what Lambda Expressions and Streams are in Java 8SQL experience (BigQuery)Understanding of ML conceptsDeep experience with Python.Experience using Spring BootMust have experience developing microservices with Spring BootExperience developing applications that are hosted in the cloud – Home Depot uses GPC, but open to AWS or Azure experienceExperience with KubernetesExperience writing Junit test cases2+ years’ experience working in an Agile environment in 2 week sprintsAdvanced English requiredAdditional Information
