About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, managing our global support queue and backlog, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing personalized support, and building strong relationships with our clients through excellent communication and technical expertise.
Technical Troubleshooting Responsibilities include using Chrome Developer Tools to analyze web applications, performing API testing, conducting IIS and SSL diagnostics, and assisting customers with database backups and SQL troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of customer support experience
* ERP/MIS background
* Print industry knowledge
* Strong understanding of support operations and troubleshooting methodologies
